Young Thug’s best-known public disputes involve Gunna, Lil Wayne, YFN Lucci and Rich Homie Quan. His relationship with Gunna fractured after Gunna’s 2022 Alford plea in the YSL case, and the rift remained public; the Lil Wayne and YFN Lucci conflicts later eased. In 2024, Young Thug pleaded guilty to gang, drug and gun charges and no contest to racketeering conspiracy and another gang charge, receiving release under long-term probation.
